NIC RANDALL'S IMAGES to feature in exclusive exhibition at the Chapel Gallery in the grounds of the National Trust's Saltram House.
The Chapel Gallery in the grounds of the National Trust's Saltram House is staging a Spring Exhibition on Plymouth photographer Nic Randall's work. It opens at 11am. on Saturday 9th. April and runs for six weeks. Michael Cranmer, Picture Editor of the Western Morning News will be the Guest of Honour on opening day.
The exhibition features Nic's most popular and his latest images and heavily features scenes of Wembury on the South Devon coast and of Dartmoor.
" I'm driven by the elements and I'm often accused of being a sky watcher" says Nic. Many of the images have appeared in the Western Morning News, some national papers and magazines with the Wembury ones were recently used by the Western Morning News to illustrate the National Trust's quest to raise funds to purchase land in the area.
Several of the images have been placed highly in an international competition and ahead of images from some of the most exotic locations on earth. "It pleases me that parts of this region can hold their own against some of the most scenic places in the world," Nic said.
Also, Plymouth based company, Polar Media are currently producing a range of greetings cards using Nic's images which will be available to retail outlets and hotels etc. in the region.
